are you a heavy dreamer at all? I recently read that having a lot of dreams makes you feel tired mentally and affects brain chemistry. This happens to me sometimes if I oversleep and I wake up tired with a headache. It could also be mild depression, bad sleep schedule, lack of good health/exercise, no motivation, busting too much (losing energy), etc.

what I found earlier this year : Vivid Dreams cause of excessive sleepiness - Undiagnosed Symptoms - MedHelp

You got hook worm bro
In the early 1900s, hookworms infected about 40 percent of the South’s population in the United States. While rarely fatal, hookworm disease left victims weak and susceptible to other diseases. Some say it contributed to the stereotype of Southerners as stupid or lazy.

You get it from stepping in your own shyt
So you seem like a prime suspect

:damn:I'm going through the same thing. I think it is the lack of exercise and my sleeping pattern is all messed up because I used to go to school at night.

yea, I usually have at least one weird dream everyday that used to leave me :merchant: and now I just look back at them more like :heh:. When I dream heavy though it really slows me down and I get brain fog upon waking up and still feel tired. There were some days I still felt stuck in sleep mode during the day and that was with about 7-8 hours of sleep and having some coffee. Sometimes I don't think it's the amount of time but the quality of sleep and/or intensity of dreams. I could go into sleep paralysis and the possibility of outside forces and all that but I'd rather not for this thread lol. (:hamster: had at least 3 big threads on this). Spiritual practice and meditation has helped me a lot too and I rarely go through these episodes now.
