Service academies will never be any good so this is a hypothetical that will never come to fruition.

The Bowl Championship Series likes to say "Every Game Counts" in the race for its college football national title, even calling its Twitter account by that name.
Every game, that is, except Army-Navy.
The annual military academy showdown will be played Dec. 11, the Saturday after the final BCS standings are determined. This is the second year the game has been played after the bowl pairings as part of a deal with CBS.
What many don't realize, however, is a policy was established by the BCS commissioners last year eliminating that game from the BCS formula. Part of the reasoning, according to BCS executive director Bill Hancock, was the potential impact the game could have on the pairings for the BCS title game.

You don't know how hard it is to get accepted to the US Naval Academy. It has an acceptance rate of 7%. And you have to pass a multitude of tests, be unmarried and have no kids.
Didn't they use to play the last weekend like everyone else?
What if one of them actually has a good season again, like NIU did this year, do they get locked out of a BCS bowl since their season wouldn't have finished yet?
