Do yal use the Watch Thread option or do threads that you feel important not exist unless they are pinned?

I use the watch thread option. Only thing I don't like about it is that it has some weird way of showing updates of "newly" posted in threads, where initially, it'll just have the 25 most "newly" posted in threads and not showing the rest of your watched threads until you click the link stating to see the rest of them. This novelty would be just fine, if it didn't work so wonky, cuz there be threads I know have had more recent posts not show up in there, yet they'll have some thread that only got posted in some days ago show up there, when I'm looking for the thread that I know just had very recent activity.

I use the watch thread option for threads that I want to keep a track on for new posts but don't get activity frequently because of it being old like I watch some classic threads from TLR like "Ever been oblivious to a girl's advances?" for example. Sometimes I just forget them shyts exist because it's not in the zone where your eyes would focus on.

The essentials thread being on the RIGHT side of the page made so much sense as it being on the bottom where you probably won't scroll down made it easy to miss.
