I'm a bit surprised this hasn't become more of a thing in America, insects are low in fat and very high in protein and an easily sustainable food source. Maybe in another 10-20 years people can lose that stigma about eating insects.

Plus they were in almost every damn canned good we eat anyways

Had a co worker try to put me on cricket protein. I looked it up out of curiosity, because I never heard of anything like that. Apparently it’s real thing, and the concept actually made sense, but I’m not ready to drink a cricket smoothies to get swole.
