I eat the same things everyday. 
Breakfast egg whites spinach and oatmeal.
Lunch / dinner chicken, rice, veggies.
Snack cereal or peanut butter with original oats, coconut flakes and a banana.
I'm barely going everyday
I don't drink soda at all i just drink water about a gallon a day. Every once in a while I drink a gatorade.
Where can I fit in more fiber?
