How can I incorporate more fiber in my diet?

I eat the same things everyday.

Breakfast egg whites spinach and oatmeal.

Lunch / dinner chicken, rice, veggies.

Snack cereal or peanut butter with original oats, coconut flakes and a banana.


I'm barely going everyday :snoop:

I don't drink soda at all i just drink water about a gallon a day. Every once in a while I drink a gatorade.

Where can I fit in more fiber?

What do you recommend?

Buy fiber powder

You can get it at any pharmacy or a Target or w/e. I think its about $10 for 450g.... for a chick I would recommend 25-30g a day on top of whatever you're eating

looks like you getting more than enough fiber, maybe make some shakes with greens :manny:
I don't think in getting enough breh I barely go daily.

Take yesterday I didn't go but today after breakfast I went.

What I posted is what I truly eat daily.

Once a week on Friday I eat out but it's usually pollo Rico rotisserie chicken so :ehh:

Put them with your oats, the flavor is pretty neutral so if its mixed in with something you won't really taste it.

Add the salad to the nightly dinner

Between bread and oatmeal, I'm straight for the day...

I don't eat bread like that maybe once a month :manny:

Imma try the seeds and see what that does for my bowl movements.
