I eat like shyt everyday.
You just have to do the heavy work weekly and not miss and stay consistent.

For the record, I don't think he's on roids anymore because his heart done blew up already. But for that reason alone I wouldn't take shyt he says serious.

I can't tell you what he does because I'm not 50, but moderate weight, high reps, and some tweaks to your diet can get you here. He's not that big.

Then do a massive cut the following season, like 60% of you daily maintenance. Focus on high carb and foods. Avoid fatty foods.

All the but the 60% rule is bad. The goal should be a 1-2 lbs a week of fat loss. Anymore and you risk losing a lot of muscle with the fat. His deficit weekly should be 3500 calories which is roughly 1 lb if fat and 500 calories below maintenance a day

Maintenance dose of trt to push you to early 20s levels would be a god send to those 40+

He is at minimum on TRT, if you want to look like this at his age you are on something.

You 35+ you will need TRT if you don't already got significant muscle...

Kali muscle has been juicing for years and may have recently got off due to his heart attack. You have to first see where you are. What is your current body fat and that will dictate what you need to do with diet.
