I always figured that in the later seasons, Will was improvising half his lines. Just seemed like once the camera started rolling, they were like "Do whatever you want" and Will just went with whatever he thought was funny.

Like that scene where he's screaming about the money in the briefcase, then asks if he can sit down while he's already sitting down, stands up, then says he can't deliver the money because some people called him. I'm like, how do you put some of this shyt in a script?
