She's meh, she's not ugly at all, but she isn't exceptionally attractive either where she would stand out at all to me in a crowd of women.

She's just an average around the way above average to attractive maybe a 6, she could possibly be a 6.5 of 7 on a really good day.

She's a very talented woman, but there isn't anything special about her physically she's just your slightly above average sister.

Issa is a high key example of how getting in shape and getting your style on point can bump up your attractiveness up massively. A lot of people who aren't attractive and struggle to date will do anything other than losing weight to help their odds.
