Mike misspoke--his daughter isn't trans. This wasn't the daughter. The daughter is actually "non binary," so she's a woman, but, appears what you'd expect a lesbian "stud" to look. They posted the daughter's picture.

The stress that comes from being a black woman, while living on the intersection of anti-blackness and misogyny, causes all types of health issues for black women. Its called "stress eating." If we want black women to be thin, fit and in shape then we need to provide them with an environment which fosters that type of lifestyle. Its also important to remember that just because a woman is fat presenting, it doesn't mean that she has health issues. Bodies come in all different shapes and sizes. Lizzo is the perfect example of an attractive fluffy woman who is also perfectly healthy!

Being consistent on this workout / health shyt has made me see both sides of how someone can be consistent with bad habits and a lack of conscious effort to listen to their body, mix that with a defeated attitude and the days will add up with the weight. People look at me now like i was born with it and I didn’t work hard to get where I am. its hard to explain how much faith you need in self to go at it daily.

I’m conflicted on how to help these people when sometimes they can’t get past the trust the process part. It’s been heavy on my heart since recently I’ve turned a new leaf on my journey.
