Breh, it was/is worse than that.

The phrase Is literally "Nikkas Aint Shyt".

And DAMN near every Black Male in America has heard that BULLSHYT since a Child growing up.

And with ZERO Pushback.

The sad fact that the "N Word", created to denigrate our people, is used SPECIFICALLY for Black Males,
shows you just how bad the disdain for Black Men is.
I know. But let them try to Juelz their way out of it.

Myself and my own.
Black women can trash Black men and will be giving a larger platform to do so. Black men can trash Black men publicly as well. It’s not right. But it’s what it is. The only area where Black men get away with trashing Black women is Hip Hop. But it’s allowed because Black men also rap about killing each other. White media loves to tell tales of the failure of Black men.

And to whoever else quoted me (I can’t find it now for some reason). I mentioned the manisphere because it kinda jump started the current gender war of all races. But as we see, Black men have become the faces of it, as well as passport bros.

The manisphere would be the battle. Black men becoming the faces of toxic masculinity, colorism, broken families, etc is losing the war. We have to keep our issues in house.
The gender war thing has existed for the longest time, even within the black community and has existed outside of it as well. The battle of the sexes was a term that was geared towards this idea and was one that many other cultures were aware of. From Billie Jean King in the white community, to discussions of gender in old timey Jet magazine, the topic has existed for a long time. Listen to Fela Kuti's "Lady" and you'll see one way the issue has transcended American culture as well. So that talking point doesn't make sense.

As for black men trashing women in hip-hop, they get away with it because many of those rappers' fans are women and many men get play from women for acting like these rappers. Simple as. We see this trend even more with black women becoming the largest consumers of rap music.

And black men were the faces of all those things, in one respect or the other before hand. Be it from Oprah highlighting these aspects on her shows to entertainment like The Color Purple, there was a push to put this stuff out there about black men without any real input from black men as a whole.

so for example when Pac says it, it's legendary... classic quotables.... when a woman says it the tears come. i get it, you want to be adored so much by the opposite sex so it hurts more when they point out flaws, or perhaps too p*ssy to confront a man that is pointing out flaws. i see it everyday on here. i will say something in a thread that is also said by male posters and some of the incels foam at the mouth to clap back at me only. lol

And yet Pac got considerable attention from women, and was opposed, to this very day, by a lot of men. There is a reason why the saying @Tupac in a Business Suit exists. Your point doesn't make sense even more so since men go at other men on this board all the time to the point of flashing guns and other shyt. The concept of the pull up was not invented because someone was mad at a woman. People get mad at you because, in all honesty, you're generally disingenuous as fukk and have a glaring disdain for capitalization, the latter being the more offensive.

Single black Moms are often coddling their sons. You actually seem to contradict yourself...you say these men are not coddled, but raised to be "Son-Husbands" and you are right. But that's a form of coddling. If a mother treats her son like a husband, then that means she's giving him the rights and privileges of being an adult. And these Moms are doing everything they can to save them from the consequences of their actions. At some point though, like when they get to the criminal justice system, there's not much they can do but dip into their savings and hire a lawyer. Having worked in the criminal justice system for years I see it all the time.

Many of these Moms are lonely and their sons become their de-facto boyfriends and husbands. So they give them every benefit of the doubt all the time. And sometimes the consequences are disastrous. There is a hilarious but on point episode of South Park that addresses this very thing. It's the one with the Dog Whisperer trying to correct Cartmans behavior.
Grooming and child abuse is coddling now? Because a lot of that is just being weird and twisted as fukk with a kid. If we're really at the point of calling child abuse coddling, then that further goes to show how fukked up things are for black boys. Their abuse is called "coddling" and the end result of that "coddling" will be used to further slander and defame black men as a whole.

shyt is rather wild. I don't know how you Ameribrehs deal with it.

black men are coddled because black people in general have low expectations for each other.

were okay with children out of wedlock, dropping out of school, earning low wages, no skills, etc...

also have an excuse for every negative behavior

read the thread...
its a bunch of men claiming to be top victim.

this thread is proof in and of itself...
protection within the group

I think that is kind of the point, or part of it.

Coddling, or not being prepared to face the real world, leads to certain negative outcomes. If a son is coddled by moms and grandmoms, what happens after they pass and he has to face the world on his own?
Don’t confuse NEGLECT with coddling, friend.

This sounds like child abuse at best and pedophilia at worst.

Child abuse? Pedophilia? Where are you guys getting this from? I said nothing about physical abuse or any kind of abuse for that matter. What I’m saying is these single mothers start to look at their sons like the husband from the standpoint of “the man of the house”. Therefore, she permits him to do whatever he wants to do and always makes excuses for his behavior. The authoritative relationship a mother should have over her child is gone.

Women should have an authoritative relationship with their kids?

That’s not how it worked in my house coming up. I respected what my mother had to say and did what I was told, but the true “authority” was my father. Not my mother.

I wasn’t really a bad kid, so I never had to be physically disciplined.

But when physical discipline was required with my other siblings, it was my father who dished it out.

Out of their own mouths, now that I’m an adult, they said they handled discipline that way so that we wouldn’t view women as authority figures, which is a big problem in the overall black community.
