They HAVE to trade him before the deadline. If he keeps pitching like this, he's opting out at the end of the year. More realistic, he turns back into a pumpkin once the deadline hits and they're stuck with him.

The Tigers desperately need to rebuild their farm system. And they have no veterans to trade that are of any value.
Somehow, Eduardo is the one guy who DOES have value. The issue is that nobody is going to trade now because it’s still early.
But if Eduardo Rodriguez is still pitching well in mid-June or early July, someone’s going to jump at him.
Maybe Baltimore if they’re still in the hunt and want depth.
Possibly the Dodgers to give them an edge on Atlanta.
I don’t think the Padres have anything to bargain with. Even though they need the pitching depth.
Texas makes some sense. But I doubt they’d go there.
