Trea Turner in his last 30 games:

.328/.366/.689
40 hits
26 runs
11 HR

Remember when people started saying Turner sucks this year?

Pepperidge Farms remembers.

Baseball is honestly in a good spot. Attendance is up. The rule changes have been a success for the most part.

There's so much young talent across the league. I like how teams are promoting players quicker than they used to. You'll obviously still have teams manipulate service time.

I'm really looking forward to the playoffs!

Don't do this. He did suck this year until he got that standing ovation in Philly. Took until August for him to play to his standards.

It’s a long season.
The numbers will regress to the mean.

I see no difference between Trea Turner’s red hot August boosting his overall season numbers and Mookie Betts red hot August boosting his.

Actually wanted the Mets to go for him, but not anymore. Too bad he couldn't control himself, because he probably cost himself a lot of money in free agency. He's probably also looking at a minimum of half season suspension even if the charges get dropped like the last time.

If he keeps doing this to his wife, some California divorce lawyer is looking at a nice payday

I guess this doesn’t impact the dodgers too much since Urias is gone in FA.

But they probably imagined Urias and Bauer as their aces to carry the team forward from Clayton Kershaw. And that’s not happening.

Early on it didn’t look great, the rule changes cooked 3 of our front of the rotation arms.

I hope they drop the clocks for the playoffs, we need October tension and strategy back.
