I'm thinking HISD has to close since literally every other schools district in Harris county has.
City Hall is waiting to see what HISD is going to do
. They don't care if everyone is closed.
My dad works for hisd. He don't need to be out in this weather tomorrow.
Last Friday HISD waited until 5:15am to send out automated calls about the district closing

My school district was actually later than HISD Friday.

I went to the office Friday and over 70℅ of the facility called in. Tomorrow is supposed to be worse than Friday so fukk getting up going to work tomorrow. Seem like the whole city shutting dine outside the oil and gas industry lol its gonna be a game time decision for my company them hoes really think folks coming in too fukk that I'm chillin tomorrow shid it would be a vacation day at worse.
News cried wolf brehs. Basically got the entire city of Houston a furlough day today. Feel sorry for those hourly employees that were forced off today. fukking this up this time around means next time it does actually freeze it will be even more fukked up because jobs, and school districts will be hesitant to close.
