I work overseas.. military defense contracting...so I’ll be doing shyt in my off time... dikkin down hoz and exploring
Well shyt if that is the case I would just pick up some property on the Southwest Side around Westbury, Willowbend. Area going through some gentrification and more importantly you are a 15 min commute from midtown, galleria, downtown area. Or you can look for some homes in sugarland, someone mentioned pearland not sure I would want that 288 traffic but that is just me.

Move to Galleria,...Midtown, Downtown..or EaDO and edges of 3rd Ward closest to 288 actually are good looks for single guy trying to enjoy bachelorhood and close proximity to activity spots for reasonable but new housing in an urban setting. You can get nice townhomes with rooftop balconies, garage, gated or just a condo in your price range, and the value will rise.
