Houston needs to take a look at St Louis metrolink rail system and just copy that. I wish there was a light rail park and ride to the airport so we wouldnt be forced to park in lots for $6-10 per day

Buses stop at stop lights and also have multiple pickups. St louis has a system where you get on in one city and your next stop is downtown or an airport etc. no picking up people along the way.
Metro has park and ride routes that do the same thing
Again, those still get stuck in traffic with regular vehicles
What freeway do you live by? ..... I seldom ever see buses late using the hov lanes
Hov lanes have to deal with, you guessed it, traffic.
I dont use public transportation as I have the means of several cars and if all of those are down for whatever reason I can get an uber to take me where I need to go.

Not joking, look at waste management. They are a big trash collecting company here in town and they start around $18 or so an hour.

is Houston really a good city ? i'm not about to go through 148 pages to find out my answer lol. i have family in Houston but i don't have their number and i don't talk to them at all. i plan on going to college in either Prairie View or Port Arthur Texas, but i might consider Atlanta or maybe North Carolina for college too.
