Got my eye on this apartment on 9001 S Braeswood, bruhs. I heard Lil O mention it in "playas get chose". Would it be safe to live or is it

I can afford more, just trying to keep cost low my first year of so down there. What range could get me a decent apt. down there?
If its a one bdrm I'd say 800 to 1100 (rent has gone up these past few years), but stay away from braeswood if its that cheap. Hell stay away from all the "B" streets. Bellaire, Bissonett, Beechnut.
I stayed at some apt. complex called Meyergrove on N. Braeswood/610 back in the early 2000s. It wasn't bad, and it was cheap ($800 for a 2-bedroom + utilities paid).
There's a nicer looking spot across the street from it that isn't bad...can't remember the name of it though. Almost moved in there before deciding to go the residential route in the burbs

go to west houston breh. i used to stay in city west on westheimer and hayes rd. had a 1 bedroom for 725. nice spot and the bytches that live there...

It makes sense, almost every other direction from downtown Houston is already filled in, except when you go south down 288 its vast amounts of land available, even inside of Beltway 8.....see Google Maps.....I can imagine its only going to get more popular with people, especially since its a direct route from downtown, Med Center, and close to Galleria

Ha,, I lived in Milano across from there. 2 bdrom back in the day!!! it had a putting green and white whores... (this was like in 2002-4)
