What does a non lazy qb play like?

He is still a good QB, but in the pocket, his mechanics seem to still be an issue. He is the QB that I see most that under and over throws his receivers the most. Simple answer is someone like how Peyton, RG3, Rodgers, etc. which is the easy answer and they aren't lazy with there mechanics and are very smart. And the receivers are wide open too. And he does do a lot of ignorant and dumb passes that has you like But, he is still young as fukk, so he still has a lot of time to improve as long as he 100%.
