As much as I hated him in Dallas, we needed to hire Rick Carlisle who understands matchups even if he has a talent shortage.
Yeah that would’ve been a good coach to have. Hosuton has only hired one coach I really liked and that was Adelman.

This dude is out of touch. He doesn’t think the offense was an issue but wants to talk about the defense :gucci:

This team could hold the team to less than 100 and he’d still find something to complain about the defense

Basically a 180 from the first game. Jabari asserted himself, FVV shot over 50%, Sengun/Jalen did what big money guys are supposed to do, and Amen/Cam/Tari all contributed the types of plays bench guys are supposed to. Just need Jalen to limit his tour date shooting. Need more 12-19 type games from him instead of 8-21.

Cam needs to be involved more. The game got away from Memphis when Cam, Tari, and Amen were in the game together. That energy was infectious. Amen as a pg prospect though , so still highly debatable. I think he’s a wing. Dude almost had 10 turnover.

I still want to trade Jabari for an upgrade. If we can some how get Bam:blessed:

Don’t score a whole 10 points in the 2nd quarter of a professional basketball game :manny: they win this by a wide margin not doing that crap. Sengun and Jabari didn’t really show up coming off last night. Brooks and FVV pretty much did what they were supposed to. Happen definitely wanted to win that game.

My guy Tari Eason wanted that win so bad. He gave everything he had to force that overtime comeback. He legit hates the Warriors as much as a lot of other people do lmao. All Jalen and FVV had to do was be average and they would’ve came out with a win. But…you shouldn’t get down by 30 in the first place to have to make a comeback like that. Ime deserves some blame too, cause he continued to have FVV out there for 40 minutes while contributing nothing.

Good rebound win after letting that Warriors game slip away. Glad Reed was able to see more substantial minutes, along with a comeback Sengun game and Amen showing why he was worth that pick. Seems like he’s adjusted his shooting form and it’s made him so much more natural. Jalen made some nice clutch plays down the stretch as well.

Our offense is still a work in progress. We’re shooting a historically worst for a his century at 28% on wide open 3’s. That was before last nights game so it got worst. Ime doesn’t want to sacrifice the defense identity but maybe play Cam some more. He’s the one player who will shoot it unconsciously.

Was glad to see them make Wemby look pretty regular. They crowned him as the next Lebron and generational, but he’s truly just a freak of nature. So far nothing he’s done warrants that talk when he’s just trying to shoot 3s over 6’0” guys.

This may be the first time our backcourt shot over 50%. Thank goodness, cause those tour date shooting splits were disgusting. Wish Jalen completed that dunk on Wemby.

All the starters did their job, and Landale looks 100% healthy and is showing you why the Rockets sought to give him that deal.
