I've noticed this trend too. There's a whole crop of new eye candy girls doing the real estate agent thing now. They dress up, do photo shoots, etc lol.

They're the new Pharma reps from back in the day, since men are who by and large are the home buyers. Finessing simps. Seller agent- Home listed for $300k. Historic low inventory, it dun take much of anything to even show. Sell it in less than 2 hours, most likely after a bidding war. And get 3% of that?......Last metric I read is that there are more agents than listings right now. So the competition for them to get clients is high.

Give me an ugly one who's willing to take 1.5%
