In my experiences black folks in general won't say nothing if they people initiate....but will yell don't do that if someone else starts it. Yes, the few bad apple pathological thugs and scammers etcs that operate different do false claim victim....but black folks are usually honest to the best of their knowledge in altercations and will admit a blind spot if more info comes out.
