House or Condo?

I'd say condo BC I'm not trying to have kids anytime soon and the extra space isn't needed.Also depending on where you want to stay it won't hit your pockets that much. Don't even plan on spending a lot of time at home anyway:yeshrug:.

I'll echo the condo selling concerns. Of course, much depends on the current housing market but from what I've seen condos just seem more difficult to sell, all things being equal. I'd also lean toward a house if you plan on having a family or if you're looking for a more better appreciation on your land. Finally, let's not forget HOA fees which can be be substantial for many higher-end properties. There are many sleek condos out there but to me personally, I'm more comfortable owning a house. The property feels like it's truly mine as opposed to buying a room in someone else's building.
