It's seemingly becoming very popular for bum ass men in their 30s to start testosterone replacement therapy.
While TRT has legitimate uses, it seems to me like it's something that ought to be reserved for men much older in life who have dangerously low levels affecting their health.
Anecdotally and from what I'm encountering online, it seems like every flabby and sick loser who is 36 years old in a karate class is taking TRT.
And mostly white men, to be clear.
There are people who are getting naturally jacked in the gym and they're like 65 years old. I find it difficult to believe that TRT is really all that necessary for it to be as proliferated as it is.
Shortcuts used to be a female thing for people who couldn't admit it was over. Botox, lip filler, face lifts ...
Now we got men trending down the same path.
