I love Tabasco. Frank's Red Hot is mild in comparison.
I've tried the really crazy hot sauces that have warning labels on them, where you only need a drop or so to add heat. It tends to burn for a long time so you can't treat it like Tabasco. If you add a lot in the beginning thinking you can 'macho man' it, you pretty much ruined your meal.
