Illmatic and 36 Chambers are immutable.

So it's down to RTD and The Chronic for me and I'll remove...RTD. The Chronic was way more consistent than RTD

u mad son?

these are the type of post that makes the internet something that should never be taken seriously

:what:
  • the chronic - besides warren g & i really cant think of anyone using the g funk
  • 36 chambers -when has a large group of solo mc's debut together thereafter going solo???
  • illmatic - took home R2D listen, studied shyt now on some money shyt
i dont know what world u could live in with your statement
if anything ready 2 die shifted hip hop more the. them 3 combined
cause R2D became the formula of making a hip hop albums in the 90's

:what:

  • the chronic - as already stated, damn near every song has an guest appearance on it (is not a committee)
  • 36 chambers -so 9 solo artists coming together on an album (is not a committee)
  • illmatic -exec produce pete nice whom got the best/top producers to all come together to be apart if this new great mc (is not a committee)

that committee shyt, u got it backwards & that force claasic shyt makes zero sense too when it out sold & got more radio, vid, spins then the 36 & ill

All kind of dumb points made in this post

1. I could name you 10 artists that were heavy on G Funk after the Chronic dropped
2. 36 Chambers shifted the focus of hip hop away from Westcoast Hip Hop and radio friendly rap songs and introduced a very dark, hardcore approach to hip hop that hasnt been done on that level before
3. in terms of the committee points you made, completely irrelevant .... the main point is the end result of the album .... an album isnt less influential because more heads came together to make it hot.
4. and the same point u made about illmatic having hot producers to come together to be apart of this new great mc .... WTF u think bigs first album was? :stopitslime:

they did it so well. You copied too. Sound like a newbie on the beats and mic

i bet none of the rappers you like could counter me serving them, tho.
plus, none of the rappers you like have really rocked like i did from the bottom.
in a real grassroots manner and actually made ranking or a draw from nothing.

they sold out to get where they were.
i do not sell out and i have embarrassed hordes of your favorites.
while dually watching somebody else.
make them feel awkward and have low self esteem in the same room, as well.

the funny thing is,....

everything you want a rapper to do.
i, come from the pedigree of the guy those rappers want to secretly be.
plus, i am better than them, as well.

you can't even criticize me rapping because no one can criticize me negatively as an actual mc.

nobody, can i know my skillset is unable to be negatively talked about by someone who really knows what an emcee is.

plus, i know technically i am and been more advanced than any rapper in rap who is not named:

juice
g rap
rakim

since 1998, and counting......

so, get mad,........

:martin: da hell u mean dumb points

1. name me the 10 artists ?

2. explain how 36 chambers shifted the focus when it took them damn near 2 years to go platnuim ?

3. if committe is irrelavent then take the up the poster whom i responded to -he was the fool who said R2D was put together by a committe ?

4. 75% of R2D was produced by easy moe & puff - the only big time producer that did a track was premo, lord finese (at the time wasnt considered on that big time producing level as all dem nikkaz from illmatic)

In your mind you're a great flawless mc
In the real world, you make trash music. I'm glad you feel good about yourself. But if 20 years of you in the game = the music you posted, fukk your opinion cause basically you're telling me YOU believe that wack shyt you made is better than XYZ,and the not selling out is the only reason you're not bigger. Well, many bums think that and you're just another

4. big 's album had no culturally associated producers who you could call hot on it, past the primo credit for the twelve inch bside to unbelieveable the best record on the album.
primo was on the boom bap which created the sonic direction that illmatic followed in its own way originally.
