I need to do Frozen Wilds still. I started it right after I finished the main game, but I was burned out on it so I put it down.

Same. I get pretty deep into it though. Put in easily 120+ hours between the 2. Gonna run it back before FW drops.

The AI kinda trash

I’m on super hard too


I’m still in the beginning and my first corrupted was a cake walk just sneak killed all the enemies


Also without spoiling should I buy weapons or do main quest and I get gifted weapons I don’t want to buy a weapon then I do a quest and I get the same weapon

I feel like the only weapons you get are the lodge weapons for doing the side quest. Weapons are more expensive so I kind of just went by feel and play style on what to buy.

Not gonna lie I'm one of those nikkas who played the game for a bit and said fukk this and watched the story in preparation for Forbidden West
In reality Forbidden West is just a pawn for the OLED screen on my CX
I want to experience the graphics for real
Nothing is better than seeing games that deserve to be on that OLED screen
Can't wait for Forbidden West that looks more interactive and dynamic than Zero Dawn

think I’m gonna try and play frozen wilds…I’ve tried playing the main game multiple times and could never get into it…I’ll still give frozen wilds a shot tho…it’s short and will maybe get me into the spirit of the game just in time

Breh, u doing it backwards. If u want a challenge, then have at it. But if you haven't mastered the gameplay mechanics in the original story. Frozen wilds will whoop your ass fromsoftware style.

Probably my favorite expansion from last gen.

you must mistake me for someone who plays on the hardest setting out the gate

I’m start off on normal and adjust the setting as I see fit if it’s too hard or easy…that’s what I paid for and it’s my basic right as a gamer

Good luck. I’m not really sure how getting into Frozen Wilds will be any easier than the main game. The enemies are harder and it’s really meant to be played after beating the main game. I was getting fukked up as soon as I started and I was using the best armor from the main game. If anything, this will probably have the opposite effect that you’re hoping for.

I don’t know how far you got into the main game but there’s nothing in Frozen Wilds that makes it worth skipping the main content for IMO

ok nvm I see y’all point…I just googled should I play FW w/o playing HZD and they said they recommend it for those who reached lvl 30 in the main game…I’ll just skip it all together and jump into 2
