You need a 3080 to run this game at 60fps in 4k, the consoles are like a 2080 super, all that 60fps and 120fps talk was for racing game and enhanced last gen games I told yall that a long time ago, I don't know why you expect this consoles to be able to out perform the PC hardware its based on

better get you an LG OLED because it interopolate console games really well so the game will look and feel 60fps on that TV

I got a 2080 ti and I can easily run Biomutant(which has comparable graphics) at 4k/60 high
A PS5 can probably run HZD2 at 4k/60 on medium settings or low settings.

Biomutant isn't as graphically intense as the first horizon,

A 2080ti is stronger than a 2080 super, which was the X Box Series X is, the PS5 is more like a 2080

plus the 2080ti can't barely even run The first Horizon Zero Dawn 4k 60



Horizon Zero Dawn 2 is a true next gen AAA game, Biomutant isn't

If its a 60fps on ps5 it will be at dynamic resolution

I'm just talking from what I know from family and cape verdean friends that have family there, sports and basic migration stats. I've never been there, so you can also be right regarding Amsterdam.
