So after about four hours, some more impressions:

-> Vastly improved side quests, not only because they are fleshed out and feel less generic, but also thanks to vastly improved NPC dialogue/models/voicing.
-> Vastly improved skill tree.
-> If the atmosphere and design in Chainscrape is indicative of the game as a whole, we are in for a treat in terms of world design.

BTW, some tips for people that are at Chainscrape:

-> Do the cook's quest "A Dash of Courage" for really cool food based upgrades.
-> Check out the ruins nearby for lots of good loot.
-> You can't use the shops until you've done the "To The Brink" mission, just in case you think your game is bugged.
-> The chess style game in the corner of the tavern is cool as fukk.

Check out the mountain and underwater cave nearby as well. :obama:

Played about an hour. First impression is that this is very much Zero Dawn 2.0, plays almost exactly the same.

Other impressions:

- Environment design looks incredible.
- Climbing is just the Uncharted climbing afa I can tell.
- Some popup and the character models clip a lot with their surroundings.
- I really dislike when ongoing dialogue gets interrupted/cancelled by a new dialogue chain.

this is extremely accurate especially the bold for better or for worse
