outside of the judgement calls, i agree with you. a security guard is a deterrent and an alarm, not an actual crime fighter. i believe this guy turned the camera on and feigned patience because he intended on doing something from the beginning

if you were smart you would notice he used the same phrase "back up" and then HE retreated into the mall..where he advised her she was not coming inside...he was provoked and assualted after numerous warning

he is given a taser for a reason....
