I agree with 4 out of 5 points.

Entreprenuership
Financial Independence
Education
Family

I don't think we have to turn those four points into a political debate. Its just down to Earth common sense and its practically foolproof for success with the exception of a few outliers. Even then, if you don't make the mark, you will be a hell of a lot better off than someone who has none of these skills/bulletpoints.

Gun control doesn't work only because people can simply go into a neighboring state with lax laws and buy them there. In countries where there is gun control and its not as simple as a three hour road trip, gun violence is almost nonexistent. Japan, Canada, etc.

That's what's stupid about "conversatism" these days, particularly as it pertains to black people. Everybody believes in education, family, and personal responsibility, etc. Those are values, not policies.

What they really want is neoliberalization of the economy and education and the imposing of religious/conservative social order.

Exactly. Kids typically perform better in two parent households. That's not a political policy, that's just common sense and wisdom that two people are much more likely to have DOUBLE the potential funds to support a child.

Conservatives think being anything other than a republican, means being against these values. That's simply not true. They think anyone who is not a republican must be a communist or socialism. That's not true either. It's just common sense that having a huge poverty problem in your country with a small, elite group of wealthy individuals at the expense of the rest of the populace is not healthy in any sense of the word for the future of a country. Fixing that won't automatically change the economy to an all government owned entity or a failed communist state. The sooner poor republicans realize that, the easier it will be to bring back a bit of meritocracy in our society.

well the first point is about guns, so that is a very real policy difference

i think its telling that for some reason you avoid 2 of the points, Entrepreneurship and financial independence, not everybody believes that Entrepreneurship and financial independence is the foundation of prosperity, im sure everybody thinks those are good things but not everybody agrees that those are fundamental and are willing to make those things a priority in public policy or agree on how to bring about those things

im not a conservative, but i most definitely believe in "neoliberalization" of the hood, i think things like public housing and section 8 need to eliminated and home ownership and private property needs to be emphasized, and i think creating an environment conducive to business is key for the purpose of having large corporations and small business flourish in the hood

why would anybody in the hood be against "neoliberalization"? what is the alternative to "neoliberalization"?
