Not a fan but he's a lot more listenable than he used to be, his 4 shooters only freestyle for example. But he's not underrated lmao he should be happy with where he's at.

Spitting, I wouldn't go this far, but he def can rap and have amazing instincts for melodies, beats and flows
I actually fukked the most with his Lil Boat version in 2016 when he'd just slide over icy beats with a lot of autotune...
I didn't like the next step when he tried to really rap since he wasn't that good at it imho (Lil Boat 2 and Nuthin' to prove in 2018.
But since he found a new sound and kinda came back to his old ways with even better rapping skills, I love his shyt again
