I was CCA for USPS for a couple of years. We were a bit more protected by our union and what not, so the pressure to ‘run’ your route probably isn’t as high as UPS/FedEx.
But even with that, it’s kinda wild how some people just don’t give af about providing even a ‘decent’ quality of service.
Like it ain’t a shytty job, the customer ain’t force you to take it, and in certain cases USPS….the customer doesn’t even have the option of going with a different brand so they’re/we’re forced to put up with shytty service.
Edit: can’t lie tho….on them super hot days, just after it finished raining in South Florida…for some reason the super small, rusted out, already full mail boxes use to set me off
if it something that seemed legit, I would cram that shyt in there….everything else getting sent back to nixies
