Isn't this all poitnless if you don't have the protein powder that is able to be heated up? i forget what its called, food-grade or somethin​

That is a good question. I got this recipe from lean body lifestyle so maybe I will pose that question to him. Base on google, it said cooking may cause denaturation, but it may be minimal especially with baking.

Yeah I decided to come up here because some of them work my nerves in TLR. I lift weights and when I do cardio I try not to go too long.

If I'm working out at home, I'll do the Insanity warm up, lift weights (free weights), and then do about 20 minutes of cardio (typically dancing) OR I'll just do P90X

If I am at the gym I warm up on the treadmill, lift weights (machines), and then run on the treadmill or do some rowing.

What is the nutritional breakdown of this recipe in terms of carbs, sugar, calories, etc?


The total recipe is:
582 calories
9 grams of fat
103 carbs (24 fiber and 45 from the sweetener which makes it 34 digestible carbs if you count carbs)
80 grams of protein

I usually cut it into six brownies and eat them when I have a sweet tooth. That makes it 97cals, 1.5fat, 17 total carbs (5.6 digestible carbs, 4 grams of fiber, and 7 grams of erythritol), and 13protein per brownie. I am guessing that you can use an extra scoop of protein powder instead of the cocoa powder if you want to cut down on carbs. I hope this helps.
