Do you actually lift or are you a cardio bunny?
Yeah I decided to come up here because some of them work my nerves in TLR. I lift weights and when I do cardio I try not to go too long.
If I'm working out at home, I'll do the Insanity warm up, lift weights (free weights), and then do about 20 minutes of cardio (typically dancing) OR I'll just do P90X
If I am at the gym I warm up on the treadmill, lift weights (machines), and then run on the treadmill or do some rowing.
