When you're talking about who is a worse character, you're not looking at the scale of feats or depravity based on powers. If you gave Omni Man Homelander's powers, he'd execute his objective the same way in a limited capacity.

However, if you gave Homelander Omni Man's powers, there very well not be a universe left. There's something fundamentally broken in Homelander, a viscous nature that makes Omni's detached indifference seem sane.

Omni doesn't care that you're suffering, he's just punching a clock. Homelander knows you're suffering and actively looks for ways to make it worse.

Oh, Homelander is indeed a sociopath of the highest order. But he still has that crippling need to be liked and admired, even if it’s by lesser beings like non super powered humans. He’ll fantasize about killing them all day every day, but as long as they’re cheering for him and feeding into his public image and ego? He’ll let them live.

Omni Man couldn’t give a fukk less about any of that right now.
