Those two deltas were probably the only ones who were "in on the conspiracy". In other words they knew the goal was to kill the president. The rest of the team probably thought they were there to secure the area.

There’s no “relationship.” But the idea is Quinn was preyed on not just by Dar but by cronies of Dar. Quinn was used as a pawn [in the same way that] in more traditional spycraft, young women are used as honey traps.

I wouldnt be surprised to see him again even if its as a prisoner and Carrie or someone else has to go ask him or Saul something or maybe even in court or something. They already saying Carrie is going back to the CIA in some capacity next season
