Esmail not doing season 2?The opening to Pineapple in season one was amazing. Esmail's directing will be missed.
Already finished Season 2. It's not as good as Season 1, but it's still worth watching. It's too similar to Season 1 in its plot structure.

Yeah its a really quick binge.
Definitely not as good as season 1. It misses the depth, intensity, pace and darkness of season 1. Also not as visually creative as season 1 but it was still very good.
I will say I like how
They flipped the characters from episode 1 in their pro/an tagonist roles. Starting off I wanted to root for Alex and Aubrey cause they're painted as good, especially Aubrey and LG looked like an antagonist with his crazy ass trump like outburst on the podium
but then by ep 3 you realize Alex aint shyt, Aubrey biting off more than she can chew, and LG realized he fukked up and trying to amend it.
Plus my G Walter came back in the picture
I liked the ending episode and how they had everybody drinking the koolaid.
It's like they flipped it season 1 from the Vets POV with a little of the company sprinkled in season 2 from the company's POV with the vet (memory loss) sprinkled in

Overall I think this season wrapped up the story well to complete a very good series.
This doesn't make any sense whatsoever. And Bezos is damn near a trillionaire.. you mean to tell me they couldn't get Julia Roberts and Esmail backWhy isn’t Amazon billing this as season 2?
