I set up my home gym, but I had no motivation to lift. Went to my roof and jumped rope, burpees, weighted ball throws. Finally got my blood flowing right, back to the weights. I'm gonna use this time to really work on my core.

Thinking about getting dumbbells, but I actually thought about shadow boxing right now.

So bodyweight workouts and shadow boxing, I might buy some dumbbells.
