All I have is this:
About 350lb in Olympic plates + a few Olympic bars and like 250lb in standard plates.... as well as attachments, dumbbell handles etc etc
I spent about $1200 on it all but I could have done it for probably $700 or so. The shyt is solid.... cage isn't rusting or anything; I just have to replace the pulleys periodically.

I use the fukk out of the cables.... I do lat pull downs, tricep extensions and weighted crunches..... wifey does cable pull throughs. Definitely worth it and a big selling point for the cage I bought, my whole back workout is off the cable machineI have a cage too but without the cable machine.. i and thinking about adding the cable machine or this joint
