I have a home gym that I can do my full workout in

All I have is this:

About 350lb in Olympic plates + a few Olympic bars and like 250lb in standard plates.... as well as attachments, dumbbell handles etc etc

I spent about $1200 on it all but I could have done it for probably $700 or so. The shyt is solid.... cage isn't rusting or anything; I just have to replace the pulleys periodically.

How much room you got to work with? Here's my minimalist, bare bones essentials ( like if I was on some John Q shyt and had to sell most of my stuff to help my dying son, I'd still keep this stuff):

- pull-up bar
- hex bar (with some 45s)

What kind, and what exercises you do?
Basic resistants bands. I use them every morning. Has made my muscles way less tight so I don't have that weightlifter raised shoulder look like I use to. Also made me way toner.
