This is what happens when you have all the women covered up in public and most of the men aren't allowed to interact with them.
Weeeelllll....................that's a tough one...........I agree that the male/female interaction has something to do with it.............but also consider, Saudi is a rich country, but there economy is not diverse as it could be, plus they get stipends for all kinds of things, so they can chill, lay back, and do whatever basiclly b/se the oil money that the government gives them in payments....thats why there are so many foreign workers there.......
So I would say a combination of seemingly having plenty money from the govenment and not being able to "hang out" with females like that contributes....and also just being young and reckless, copying trends they see on tv/internet, all merge to give you the "Saudi Drifting phenomenon".....
