I haven’t watched a millisecond of Summer League ball for GSW. I made the right choice it seems

Podz is irrelevant. He's probably getting shipped to Santa Cruz to get his reps.

This team is clearly on some "fukk them kids" vibe, especially after all the strife last season. He's like, the 3rd or 4th string PG anyway.
Then why draft another kid? especially one that was projected to be a 2nd rounder, with the 19th pick?

i really dont get why they drafted another guard. Makes zero sense to me

with the way LQ is playing in summer league I'd be surprised if a team doesn't offer him a deal to at least check the temperature. Warriors extended him a qualifying offer so they have the right to match but LQ looks better than a 2-way guy imo, his skillset says guaranteed roster spot.

Chris Paul would have been really good for James Wiseman. :ehh:
Nah… Trace Jackson just played yesterday.. Kid can screen his ass off and a great rim roller… CP and Dray going to have a field day with the lobs to him… I wouldn’t be surprised he makes the starting line up during the season.

Go watch the games he’s played… Podz is more effective with the rock in his hands… He’s an excellent shot creator… He’s Manu 2.0

he's a bit of a chucker/inefficient but the fearlessness in taking those tough shots can be honed and developed by the dubs imo

problem is i don't know if he can crack into the already crowded guard rotation, and his defense isn't good enough to be a consistent small ball 3 imo

im rooting for him tho, been fun to watch in SL

outta all the rooks/2 way guys the only person who prolly gets consistent minutes is TJD

i'll have to take ur word, cuz lord knows i havent even tried to watch summer league
Dude got the straight ratchet if you leave him open.. his problem is he don’t look for his shot but more looks to create for others which isn’t a problem but has to realize when he’s open shot that shyt… I’m guessing because of his new role he’s putting more emphasis on being a playmaker but in college he was the man for his team and a scorer..
