Chef had 37 in this game despite all those people on him. I think he will manage fine. If Klay and Wiggins can hit shots we can handle LA
He averaged 34 ppg in the last series.
When I mean "quiet", I don't mean he's going to be averaging low scoring numbers, I just mean in relation to what happened last series, I'll be surprised if he has the same scoring outbursts. The pace of this series, how much the Lakers benefit from the whistle and how diverse their offense is will likely dictate that. Steph was going bucket for bucket throughout periods with Fox, but the Lakers don't necessarily have the one guy who's going to be constant throughout, it'll be AD, Bron, Dlo, Reaves etc all hitting their stride at different times and the Warriors are going to have match that.
I'll be very surprised if this series isn't essentially the inverse of what happened against the Kings, where it's the support cast that steps up for more games than not on offense.
Warriors vs. Kings:
Wiggins shot 27% from behind the arc
Poole shot 25% from behind the arc
Draymond shot 27% from behind the arc
Donte shot 33% from behind the arc
GP2 shot 28% from behind the arc.
I expect these numbers to be a lot better, as a collective. Well, they're going to have to be.
