Another way to look at it is, assuming everyone wins their gimmes vs POR.

PHX can determine their first round opponent in their final game.
- Wanna face the Dubs? Beat the Clippers.
- Wanna face the Clippers? Rest, tank, and lose to the Clippers.

I don't think the Clippers can afford to lose to PHX on purpose. They could end up in a 3-way rock-paper-scissors tie with Lakers and Pelicans that would drop them into the play-in.

What's really awesome is all the games start at the exact same time on Sun, so no scoreboard-watching shenanigans.
