Correct me if I'm wrong but the only "white" people to have ruled Egypt/Kemet were the Greeks during the Ptolemaic dynasty starting at like 30BC, which by then the empire was pretty much dead anyway from constant invasions. Prior to them it was 100% African for 2000+ years.
