single arm db bench would work for striking movements

Pushups can give you reasonable strength though still friend. If you can do 100 pushups in a row chances are you can bench 225 fairly easy. I dont want to be incredible hulk strong but strong enough to hem up and toss demonic individuals who challenge me demonically. My dead lift is already in the 3's and my squat is in the 4's. This is enough to take care of most demons using the power of Brazillian JIujitsu.

if you enjoy pushups try hip pushups

you shouldnt rely on regular pushups alone

you need something there

imo dips or hip pushups(or bench if calesthinics arent preferred)

25 regular pushups,

25 diamond palm pushups

Alternate between the 2. Diamond palm pushups give u that cut on the inside of your chess friend.

I have more respect for someone who can do 15+ consecutive pull-ups, vs bench 315...

Any other full body workouts that get the chest involved. I did my first day in my new gym home doing

Squats
6 x 185
6 x 225
6 x 245
3 x 275
3 x 315

Dead lifts

6 x 185
6 x 225
6 x 245
5 x 275

160 - 180 - situps on the resistance machine
Then i did 2 x 12 on the ab machine where you hold the grips and kick your legs out. I like to do them a special way where i lift my legs from a static position from each rep instead of using momentum to swing my legs up. Really get more burn that way.

I couldnt even do the 3rd rep because i felt like i was about to pass out. Overtrained. I was going 2 do a 15 minute cooldown with a jumprope i brought but it wasnt realistic. I got in the car and was lookin around like i need a savior. Its been about a month since ive been to the gym because of stuff in my life.

Im probably going back this weekend but i need another full body work out that can help get that chest. Im thinking of just doing 200 pushups a day in my office and saying forget chest, at the gym, friends.
