Donaire was never going to be what he was hyped to be it's just that Rigo exposed him in such a spectacular fashion that people and fighters lost respect for him. That's a lot of scarole on promotion. Somebody pays.
Donaire benefitted from the same HBO hype that GGG is now enjoying. Plus he's a small phillipine fighter that was on the come up when Manny was blowing up.
I used to follow Boxingscene, matter fact used to post there extensively. I now only go to DL fights I cant find on Youtube but its definitely a great source to research an talk boxing
