That may be true but he still out-pops every guy/girl on the roster, there's no denying that
Technically he doesn't. But since Orton got it last year they probably will switch the RR winner to Raw. Either way it goes this isn't going to work and the "payoff" will be abysmal. Nobody cares about Reigns vs Lesnar. There was only 2 big Brock matches left and they just blew the Braun one. The other is AJ.

If Brock came out on Raw and announced he was gone back to the farm forever you’d hear a mix of laughter, yes & the goodbye song
Who do they expect to pop for it at the smarkiest crowd of the year? At this point if it ain't some major turn/swerve at the end of this thing we bout to have another dull ending to a WM.
That's not saying much given tbe dwindling crowd size, as well as lack of enthusiasm

After a long ass six hour show the crowd is going to be dead look at Roman vs Hunter they said people dead ass left to beat traffic as the match was going on. Unless something like you said major happen like Heyman turning on Brock if it's the standard Brock match then yea it's going to be a
fest. Hell look at Brock vs Bruan and Bruan was red hot and the crowd was just 
lukewarm at best and they was in Cali you would of thought they was in bumfield Indiana. That a telling sign if one of your main market isover your product.
