I don't know about all that. If all those presidents had a full black parent, how come all of them look straight-up white in their pictures & paintings?

The parents weren't fully black. Most were mulatto. Or at the very least light skin black folks like Muhammad Ali's daughters.

And if you look at the children of modern day mulatto/light skin black folk who marry cacs it's easy to see how it's possible. Blackness as a phenotype disappears pretty quickly after you get past a generation or two.

Just look at Muhammad Ali's mulatto grandchildren. Their moms are light skin black women who married whites and the kid come out looking almost entirely white.
