Some of em are Preorder bonuses, some are drops from twitch streams, some are found while exploring or bought at stores.

You’ll find a lot of them soon, just keep playing, theres clothes and equipment everywhere. You get looks for completing challenges also.
You can also sell anything you’re not currently using and you get to keep the look for transmorg. You’re gonna want to sell because you start out with very limited gear inventory slots
