Nah I feel the same way, the studio is unproven and this seems like such a huge game. I am hoping it turns out well but highly dubious.
I'm a little late on the showcase watching them mess with the CC. I've never been a fan of facial presets since I like to make my faces from scratch with more control sliders (nose, chin, cheek, brow, head shape, etc.) but

So this is probably going to be a 7 or 8/10 game. I'm still excited for it, and it's definitely day one for me, but I understand why they're trying to keep expectations tempered.

They seemed very disorganized with their presentation. Maybe that was the intent, but it didn’t give a good impression to me. The gameplay was fine though. It’s hard for me to put into words, but this isn’t going to be a GOTY type game. But I think it will be a fun game nonetheless.

It good enough for me at worst this game is a 3/5 star game but any rpg that let me customize my own character including the voice and by that I mean making them a black man
is already a day one buy for me

Yeah, this was always kind of a December game for me, i didn’t really expect that it was gonna stand along side the big giants next year.
Pretty mid showcase. I feel like the game was supposed to come out today before it got delayed so they put something together in its place. I get keeping stuff under wraps but damn no broom gameplay? Would've liked to see at least the beginnings of the storyline.

That gameplay showcase was really impressive to me. Even though I don't have huge expectations, I can tell this has been made with love. Combat system seems relatively complex. Only thing that I still have reservations about is the quest content. I have a hunch a lot of them will be collectathons, which is understandable and something I'm not mad at, it'd be a mistake to not use this huge space and its nooks and crannies to hide shyt. I just hope they'll have some other stuff in there, interesting puzzles and side-mysteries.
My template always been The Witcher/Deus Ex when it comes to good side-content.
Also, I don't think it's too early to declare this game as the best ever when it comes to black character creation options?
