Of course it matters. You're looking at this from your own income lense where $200-$400 = a lot of money. Which is why you tried to say a high earning person or millionaire would regard stingness as under that amount as if a high earning person/millionaire can't find spending $400+ to be stingy. If this woman instead said "I need a man to bring $5 on a first date" you wouldn't see that a problem because that isn't a taxable amount of money for you. So why would it not be the same with a high earner with $200-$400?
I get what you're saying, but it's just tacky breh. Even if a bytch said, "bring $5 on a date" that would still turn me off. I've never had any woman tell me to bring "x" amount of money on a first date. It just screams entitlement to me. Let me take you where I want and I'll handle it, you either accept it or move on.

All I’m saying is based on your posts you don’t seem like you around many high earning folks. You talking a lot of ‘in theory why ain’t it the same’ instead of talking about how folks really move in real life
Man I know a couple girls that use their Facebook and Instagram pages to post teaser pics telling people to get their onlyfans pages. Hell I’m like the teaser pic is all some of these dudes need and that’s free
